A cozy 2 bedroom 3 bath home with 8 m x 4 m inground pool on 400 square meters of fully enclosed land, this plan is slightly larger than Plan A.  The dining area has a patio slider to the pool.  The master bedroom also has pool access via a patio slider.  The kitchen is complete with built in oven, range and refrigerator recess.  As all our homes, all rooms are air conditioned for your enjoyment.  This plan has interior living space of 124 square meters, a large covered patio at the pool side and a 2 car carport.  The ensuites are finished with quality fixtures as well as glass shower enclosures.  A third bath acts as a laundry room as well and a separate changing area to and from the pool.  And don't forget... we can and will customize our floorplans to meet your needs.  We don't like having any 2 houses being identical.
