Phase II Site Plan is now available and under construction.  This is the last phase.  Our little community is finished.  We didn't want it too small but we definitely don't want it too big.  A total of no more than 40 Western Style Pool Villas is the perfect size community.  Choose from one of the building sites below or combine sites for larger villas or gardens.  It's up to you!
